1. Operator and scope

ZevByte is operated by Gerardo B. Galvez II in the Philippines. These Terms apply to the public ZevByte website, guides, resources, free tools, support pages, and related inquiry flows.

2. Permitted use and misuse

You may use the site for lawful informational, educational, research, and project-planning purposes. Do not abuse forms or security controls, submit malicious or unlawful content, interfere with service availability, attempt unauthorized access, or use another person's information without an appropriate basis.

3. Availability and third parties

Features, external links, provider integrations, and availability may change. Cloudflare, Turnstile, Resend, PayPal, GCash, Google, Facebook, and other third parties operate under their own terms and policies. ZevByte does not automatically authorize testing or control third-party services.

4. Content, tools, and downloads

Guides, code, governance resources, calculators, generated reports, and downloads are provided for general informational or educational use. Results depend on inputs, assumptions, current data, and the user's environment. Verify critical instructions against current authoritative documentation.

Original ZevByte content and branding remain protected unless a page or resource states a different license. Do not imply that ZevByte endorses modified or redistributed materials.

5. Submitted information and inquiries

When you submit a contact or solar inquiry, ZevByte may process the supplied information to respond, route the request, prevent abuse, and send relevant confirmations. Submission does not automatically create a client relationship, project acceptance, quotation, or service contract.

Actual engagements may require a separate scope, quotation, proposal, agreement, or acceptance by the relevant parties.

6. Voluntary support

PayPal and GCash support is voluntary and separate from purchasing ZevByte services. A contribution is not a project deposit, does not itself accept a proposal, and does not itself create a service agreement. Payment credentials and payment processing remain with the selected external provider; ZevByte does not operate a payment-processing backend for these support methods.

7. Disclaimer and responsibility

• Use the site and resources at your own judgment and risk.
• Do not treat general content as legal, medical, tax, regulated financial, or licensed engineering advice.
• No guarantee is made about rankings, revenue, uptime, complete security, business performance, solar output, or software compatibility.
• Non-waivable rights, remedies, liabilities, and obligations remain unaffected.

8. Changes and governing law

These Terms may be updated as the site changes. Material changes will be reflected on this page. Philippine law may be relevant to the interpretation of these Terms, subject to mandatory rights, remedies, and forum rules that apply to a particular matter.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights, remedies, liabilities, or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
